Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end Digital and Computational Pathology implementation projects within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
Act as the central coordination point between customers and internal teams
Translate complex implementation requirements into clear project plans
Build and maintain detailed project plans for multiple parallel customer implementations
Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies
Provide reporting and escalation to project sponsors on status, risks, mitigation actions, and key decisions
Apply standardized project management best practices and Danaher Business System principles
Establish priorities and countermeasures with team members and functional managers
Drive timely project completion, project signoff, successful delivery, revenue recognition, and scalable deployment performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in project management within a medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated technical environment, managing complex customer-facing implementations
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms
Track record of delivering multiple projects in parallel, on time, within scope, and within budget
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interact with pathologists, laboratory managers, IT teams, and internal cross-functional partners
High level of self-motivation, ownership, and initiative
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment with minimal supervision
Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Second language in addition to English is a plus
