About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide dedicated support to executive leaders with autonomy, discretion, and judgment
  • Anticipate business needs and manage competing priorities
  • Manage executive calendars and complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Process and reconcile expenses and ensure policy compliance
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, onsite visits, customer engagements, town halls, and special events
  • Manage logistics, facilities, technology, and visitor support
  • Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and support the VP of Strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting senior leaders in a complex corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and related business systems
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%
  • Ability to work in an office environment and move between meeting locations as required
  • Ability to lift or carry materials associated with meeting or event setup as needed
