About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and expand the customer base in research and diagnostic flow cytometry applications
- Drive achievement of annual financial targets within the assigned territory
- Promote and demonstrate Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables
- Provide scientific and technical support for instruments, reagents, and integrated systems throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead on-time implementation, including on-site customer training and solution deployment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and relationship management
- Travel to accounts within the territory, company training and meetings, and trade shows and conferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in biology or related life science discipline
- Extensive flow cytometry experience (5+ years) in clinical setting including spectral flow cytometry
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
- Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and document issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage a travel-heavy schedule and multiple customers and projects
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and urgent needs
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Up to 85% travel, including overnight, required annually
- Valid motor vehicle record requirements
- MSc or PhD preferred
- Laboratory experience relevant to the subject supported
- Strong background in immunology and hematology
