About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Visit customers to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and installation of medical devices
Carry out on-site installation and maintenance of Histopathology and ancillary equipment
Deliver accurate reporting and handle timely submission of Salesforce reports, expenses, spares stock management, and other service documentation
Work closely with the Field Support Team to provide customers with professional after-sales service within Service Management KPIs
Report to the Field Service Team Leader as part of the North Europe Service Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Educated in a Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Biomedical qualification subject, or job-related experience related to the role
Technical ability in mechanical strip down of assemblies
Willingness to learn complex mechanical and electrically controlled medical devices
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Computer literate with CRM tools such as SFDC/Field Service
Fluent Polish language in speaking and writing
Communicational English
Ability to travel 80% of the time in the field, including overnight stays when required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift and move up to 20kg safely
