About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Americas and EMEA business to understand factors impacting orders, sales, and margins and implement opportunities to improve business performance
  • Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including pricing plans, sales incentive plans, financial modeling, and pricing setting
  • Enhance processes and develop financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and reports
  • Support the MicroE Global Finance team or Global Product Management team with standard financial reporting, pricing, and capital and expenditure forecast/analysis
  • Work cross-functionally to analyze results, improve financial reporting processes, and identify trends, variances, and exposures
  • Report to the MicroE Finance director as part of the MicroE FP&A team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Prefer 10-15 years of progressive experience with at least one similar role
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to build sales and order forecasts/budgets
  • Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows
  • Highly analytical and intellectually curious
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently, including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, Excel, and Artificial Intelligence
  • 10% or less of travel
  • Motor Vehicle Record and physical/environment requirements as applicable
