Develop executive-level reporting and performance frameworks

Support the fastest-growing segment focused on innovation and cancer diagnostics through AI
Drive standardization of commercial metrics, processes, and analytics across geographies
Leverage Danaher Business System tools to support continuous improvement
Partner with global digital pathology commercial leadership to drive business performance and profitable growth
Provide financial leadership across orders, revenue, funnel health, pricing, and profitability
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations influencing strategic and operational decision-making
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks across regions, product lines, and channels
Lead pricing, margin, and profitability analyses
Evaluate pricing strategies, customer investments, commercial programs, and growth initiatives
Partner with regional finance teams to establish consistent performance management methodologies
Standardize commercial reporting, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve decision-support capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a preference of 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, or financial leadership; OR a Master's degree with at least 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience partnering with senior commercial and business leaders to influence strategy, drive financial performance, and support complex business decisions
Strong understanding of commercial business drivers, including orders, revenue growth, funnel management, pricing, profitability, productivity metrics, and market expansion strategies
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate financial performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities while driving results through cross-functional collaboration and influence
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience utilizing ERP, business intelligence, and performance management systems such as SAP, Power BI, OneStream, or similar platforms
CPA is a plus
