About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the ASM/EASM/CAASM capability, including discovery, attribution, asset ownership, risk prioritization, and cross-functional remediation
- Shape and refine the ASM strategy and operationalize it as part of CTEM
- Work independently and drive remediation across teams that own their assets
- Architect the ASM operating model covering outside-in discovery, attribution, asset-ownership workflows, and risk prioritization feeding CTEM
- Engineer and automate discovery correlation and enrichment using APIs and scripting across EASM/CAASM, DNS, certificate transparency, and CMDB sources
- Design integration blueprints connecting asset visibility to vulnerability, threat intelligence, and remediation platforms
- Design sustainability and governance models, including ownership assignment, remediation SLAs, and external-hygiene control checks
- Report to the Senior Manager, Exposure Management (CTEM) within Danaher Information Security
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Extensive cybersecurity experience, preferably 7–9 years, with a focus on attack surface management, exposure management, or offensive/recon security
- Experience leading or operating enterprise ASM/EASM/CAASM discovery, attribution, and remediation governance across internet-facing, cloud, and third-party surfaces
- Hands-on experience with ASM platforms and reconnaissance tooling such as Cortex Xpanse, Defender EASM, CyCognito, Censys, or Shodan
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/certificates, and domains
- Experience working independently to drive asset ownership and remediation across infrastructure, cloud, and third-party teams
- Experience reporting external risk to stakeholders
