About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-priority, external-facing projects and cross-functional teams in the BioPharma group
Ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget
Work independently with the BioPharma team and Diagnostic Operating Company partners
Ensure execution of assigned programs in the Book of Work
Partner with the DX DBSL for guidance on complex situations
Drive project execution using Danaher Business System tools, including VPM, VSM, Daily Management, and Action Plans
Use AI tools such as Copilot, Smartsheet, Miro, and Microsoft Suite
Apply problem-solving principles to resolve critical issues
Assess processes for improvement opportunities
Recommend and implement improvements to standard work using objective analysis, PSP, and Kaizen
Collaborate across the BioPharma Center of Excellence and Operating Company partners to deliver BioPharma solutions across key disease states

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field with preference for 3+ years of program management experience, or an advanced degree (PhD or MD) in a biological science with preference for 9+ years of experience
PMP certification preferred and willingness to obtain PMP certification if not currently certified
Experience across the full new product development lifecycle from concept through commercial execution
Experience generating integrated evidence to support sales
Proven track record delivering programs in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders
Ability to synthesize complex information with strong attention to detail
Ability to apply strategic and tactical thinking
10-20% travel required
Must meet Motor Vehicle Record and physical/environment requirements as applicable
