About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop project teams by providing direction, setting priorities, and driving accountability for delivery against defined objectives
- Manage execution of project workstreams by tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues to maintain timelines and deliverables
- Establish structured communication across cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage scope, quality, and timelines while driving issue resolution
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure all activities comply with regulatory, legal, and internal quality and safety standards
- Lead tech transfer activities to new resin manufacturing facilities in Muskegon
- Define, plan, and drive the project workstream
- Communicate progress to stakeholders
- Manage deviations, regulatory requirements, and risks based on business decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
- Prefer minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related industrial operations
- Experience leading projects or teams with accountability for execution and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels to drive alignment and decisions
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to assess risks, prioritize actions, and deliver results in a regulated environment
