About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across the Americas
  • Build HR organizational capability and drive HR Evolution through sustainable adoption of new ways of working
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational health, and workforce risk
  • Partner regionally to align engagement and workforce priorities and ensure consistent execution
  • Coach and guide People Leaders on complex people topics, organizational change, policy interpretation, and leader effectiveness
  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs to translate global workforce and talent strategies into effective regional programs
  • Assess employee-relations and labor-relations risk, govern escalations, and strengthen preventative practices
  • Activate global and COE programs and lead or sponsor key change initiatives
  • Strengthen regional people partner governance and performance culture using AI, transparent metrics, bowler reviews, project-based execution, and DBS
  • Report to the Vice President, People Partner Global as part of the People Partner Organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Long standing experience of progressive leadership roles in HR
  • Track record in coaching and influencing People Leaders
  • Experience leading HR projects/change with moderate-to-high complexity
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvements to the associate experience
  • Familiarity with lean principles and problem solving applied to Human Resources
  • Experience leveraging digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools for HR decision making and execution
  • Ability to travel 40% overnight within the region
