About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key link between HR Service Delivery, associates, people leaders, and the broader Human Resources organization
  • Resolve complex Human Resources cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and other Human Resources inquiries
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and people leaders to execute local activities supporting business requirements and operational continuity plans
  • Support people leaders on performance management administration, documentation requirements, and Human Resources processes
  • Participate in talent acquisition activities as assigned
  • Document case activities and maintain accurate records in Human Resources systems for compliance, auditability, reporting, and knowledge management
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze recurring issues, and contribute to standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives across Human Resources Service Delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources operations, shared services, employee relations support, or a Human Resources generalist or specialty discipline
  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory
  • Strong practical experience and knowledge of Dutch and Belgian labor practices
  • Experience independently managing complex Human Resources cases within established policies and procedures
  • Experience utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), case management systems, and related business applications
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Experience providing compensation or hiring support during recruitment processes is a plus
  • Experience working within a shared services or case management environment is a plus
  • Experience in process standardization, automation, continuous improvement initiatives, and adoption of enhancements across the HR operating model is a plus
