About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate business strategy into a practical people strategy aligned to growth, productivity, organizational priorities, and enterprise guardrails
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business and functional leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and change adoption
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and critical capability development
  • Support structural changes aligned to business and functional priorities
  • Lead and support change initiatives, including reorganizations, workforce transitions, and business transformations
  • Maintain ownership of the people agenda for the supported client group
  • Partner with People Partners, COEs, and HR Shared Services for scalable, compliant, and consistent execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and leadership advisory
  • Experience designing and leading talent and leadership development approaches, including succession planning, bench assessment, and capability building
  • Data fluency and experience leveraging digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Familiarity with lean principles and structured problem solving applied to HR processes and outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to various locations
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed, and global organization is a plus
  • Experience leveraging digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to enhance HR decision-making and execution is a plus
