About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise projects within Cytiva’s Commercial Excellence portfolio across all Cytiva OpCos
Own execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across all phases
Drive improvements in return on selling time, ease of doing business, and returning time back to sell
Lead cross-functional project teams through project plans delivered on time, on budget and with minimal risk
Provide project updates at PMO Review with the VP of Commercial Excellence and designated OpCo leaders
Participate in the rollout of annual improvement priorities outlined in Strategic Plans and executed through Policy Deployment
Serve as the primary point of contact for Cytiva OpCo leaders on in-flight initiatives
Identify new demands for PMO initiatives from OpCo leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in the Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
7 years of experience with exposure to the Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries
Proven track record of executing complex cross-functional project plans delivering business outcomes on time, on budget and with minimal risk
Exceptional problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and ability to work independently
Experience making recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven and analytical methods
Ability to travel up to 15% overnight and internationally
Previous experience in Biopharma or Genomics companies, especially in business-to-business services or suppliers, is a plus
Prior experience working with commercial processes, such as CRM and go-to-market execution, is a plus
Experience working in management consulting or commercial strategy is a plus
