Key responsibilities & impact

Lead large strategic projects and, as needed, manage a small program
Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional operations-focused projects across the organization
Align projects with enterprise delivery standards and governance
Plan, execute, and implement projects to deliver intended business outcomes on time, on budget, and within scope
Ensure consistent, reliable, and transparent project execution throughout project lifecycles
Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions
Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for effective execution and issue resolution
Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through governance channels as appropriate
Provide project status reporting on milestones, risks, and delivery health
Ensure adherence to defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes
Report to the Operations PMO leader as part of the Operations department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations, business, engineering, or a related discipline
Project management, DBS certification (i.e., visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.)
Prefer minimum of five years project management experience serving in the role as a project manager
Knowledge and experience using project management methodologies and tools
Demonstrated expertise in leading process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives
Experience applying traditional, agile, or hybrid project management approaches
Preference for five years work experience in a high-tech or biotech company
Proven ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across all project team members
Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to effectively interact with various levels in the organization
