About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and optimize field service inventory in the Europe region
Drive continuous improvement activities and standardization of service parts planning processes
Manage service inventory and optimize target levels by setting and maintaining planning parameters in the ERP system
Leverage service parts planning tools
Develop and continuously improve processes, standard work, and work instructions for service parts planning and field inventory management
Partner with Field Service Teams to align inventory strategy with customer strategy
Identify opportunities and coordinate parts movements across the global distribution network
Serve as a central point of contact between supply chain and service teams
Monitor and analyze KPIs
Problem-solve misses to goal and implement countermeasures to close gaps
Report to the Director, Global Service Operations as part of the Global Service Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in ERP/MRP/DRP
Expertise in inventory management and materials planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate issues, and propose solutions
DBS or Lean experience required
Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing lean tools at Gemba, including standard work, Kanban, visual management, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Project management experience in supply chain projects preferred
Experience working in Oracle preferred
