About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Leica Biosystems' largest, most complex, and strategically important healthcare customer accounts
  • Own enterprise growth strategy, revenue performance, and market share expansion
  • Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies
  • Lead complex strategic pursuits, enterprise agreements, health system initiatives, and executive-sponsored opportunities
  • Build relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders
  • Identify transformational growth opportunities using healthcare economics, purchasing dynamics, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Mobilize senior leaders and cross-functional resources to advance strategic initiatives and improve win rates
  • Serve as a role model for enterprise account strategy, executive engagement, negotiation, and commercial execution
  • Deliver sustained revenue growth, competitive wins, enterprise expansion, and market share gain
  • Report to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts and work as part of the Strategic Accounts Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales, strategic account management, business development, diagnostics, medical device, healthcare technology, or capital equipment experience
  • Demonstrated success managing large IDNs, health systems, GPOs, academic medical centers, or complex enterprise healthcare customers
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and senior enterprise decision makers within complex healthcare organizations
  • Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities, system-wide agreements, RFPs, strategic partnerships, or multi-year health system growth strategies
  • Strong healthcare business acumen, including health system economics, customer value drivers, financial and deal structure, market dynamics, and enterprise decision-making processes
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel overnight
  • Travel availability of 50–75%
