About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain the learning catalog in the Workday Learning Admin dashboard
  • Manage courses, standalone lessons, programs, learning paths, and supporting business processes
  • Execute annual training with the Program Specialist, including audiences, campaigns, scheduling, auto enrollment, attestations, surveys, and completion reporting
  • Manage enrollments, waitlists, exceptions, and completions
  • Convert repeatable manual administration into campaigns, self-service, and automation
  • Run learning reporting and compliance evidence
  • Monitor completion and reduce failed enrollments
  • Support SOX and audit readiness for training
  • Provision and govern Learning security according to least-privilege principles
  • Administer learning business processes within approved guardrails
  • Escalate complex configuration, integration, or tenant-level changes to HRIT
  • Document boundaries and feed recurring issues to the Workday Product Owner's backlog
  • Report to the Senior Director, HR Technology as part of the HR Technology team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in LMS administration
  • Hands-on Workday Learning experience
  • Experience with campaigns, audiences, certifications, and security roles
  • Workday reporting and EIB loads experience
  • SCORM and content deployment experience
  • Workday Learning Fundamentals training required
  • Skill building and scheduling learning content
  • Experience with complex eligibility rules
  • Working knowledge of learning-specific business processes
  • SOX and compliance-evidence discipline
  • Systems-first, self-service approach
  • ServiceNow HRSD experience is a plus
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, and knowledge management platforms is a plus
