About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Dandelion's relationships with its Consortium health system partners
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for five Consortium health system partners
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, relationship health, escalations, and expansion conversations
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with health system leadership
- Represent Dandelion at partner-facing meetings and symposia
- Draft and lead escalation communications for partner-side delays or issues
- Coordinate resolution across internal and partner-side technical teams
- Own recurring partner-facing deliverables, including monthly/quarterly Executive Committee updates
- Track and manage partner-specific technical migrations and infrastructure changes affecting data delivery
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, coordinating with Legal
- Own the long-term strategy for the Consortium network
- Develop and refine Dandelion's value proposition to health system partners
- Identify and develop new categories of partner value beyond data commercialization
- Facilitate introductions and relationship-building between partners
- Translate partner insights into network strategy, board reporting, and OKR planning
- Advocate internally for the health system perspective
- Oversee data compliance infrastructure, including de-identification methodology and consistent application
- Oversee data quality assurance processes and resolve root-cause issues before client impact
- Ensure technical and methodology documentation is clear and effective
- Manage technical and privacy/compliance conversations regarding data requirements and delivery
- Serve as the internal point of accountability for data delivery infrastructure health
- Partner with Commercial/BD on client-facing materials and pipeline conversations
- Provide subject-matter input on health system data assets for client opportunities and pitch materials
- Report to the Chief Network Officer and work with Commercial/GTM, Legal, Data, Engineering, and the Executive Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, health system operations, healthcare data/compliance, or a related field
- Experience working directly with hospital systems strongly preferred
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level
- Comfortable operating across strategic partnership strategy and executive communications, and tactical data QA and technical troubleshooting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for sensitive escalation and partner-facing communications
- Experience with healthcare data types, including structured EHR, clinical notes, ECG, echo, and imaging, is a plus
- Experience with de-identification and HIPAA is a plus
- Prior experience in a data licensing, life sciences, or health data platform business is a plus
- Must be currently based in the US
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
