  • Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare resources, messaging, and tools before training
  • Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology
  • Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows
  • Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85%
  • Located near a major airport
  • Must be within a 60-minute drive of JFK, EWR, or LGA
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff
  • Comfortable operating independently in the field and adjusting plans in real time
  • 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
