About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve outstanding accounts receivable balances from existing clients
- Handle collections and resolve customer billing problems
- Reduce accounts receivable discrepancies
- Provide quick resolution for disputes, inquiries, and invoice clarifications

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Associate or similar role
- Success improving cash receipts cycle time, reducing DSO, and minimizing past dues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment regarding human behavior, conduct, and business practices
- Ability to remain focused and attentive to customer and organizational needs
- Proactive, highly driven, and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Background in Healthcare is a plus
