About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain customer relationships with assigned facilities to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work directly with the sales department to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues within services
- Collaborate with required resources to resolve issues
- Leverage customer success tools to monitor customer progress and utilization of services
- Liaise between sales and operations management to ensure timely case management
- Liaise between sales and operations to identify upsell and servicing opportunities
- Monitor customer outcomes, wellness call responses, and customer issue case management
- Demonstrate service expertise through customer interactions
- Document all communication and maintain appropriate records for accounts in the database
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team and President of MCF with customer- and sales-related tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience/account management experience within hazmat space
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Strong desire to help customers achieve their goals
- Interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
