About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform commercial roof repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and associated components
- Assist with roof inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs
- Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at project sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow OSHA regulations and Daniels safety procedures
- Work closely with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed
- Travel extensively throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred
- Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing
- Knowledge of commercial roofing safety practices and OSHA requirements
- Ability to safely work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Background checks and drug testing are part of the post-offer hiring process
