About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Darkroom’s creator program and build Shadow’s creator channel from scratch
- Manage the existing creator roster, including relationships, briefs, scheduling, and publishing cadence
- Source operator-creators based on operating credibility and point of view
- Increase the volume and quality of content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Work toward an Instagram target of 40,000 followers by the end of 2027
- Collect and organize creator and client reviews, testimonials, and social proof
- Identify operators whose audiences match Shadow’s buyers and recruit them
- Design a creator-led acquisition funnel from post to signup
- Partner with the Retention Marketer on the email path
- Report Shadow’s creator channel on signups and pipeline
- Manage commercial relationships, including fees, affiliate/referral terms, co-marketing, and advisory arrangements
- Provide creators with strategy, data, and product access
- Maintain accurate creator CRM data with the Marketing Ops Manager
- Evaluate creator performance and take action based on results
- Report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with a designer, video editor, and Marketing Ops & Social Media Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of B2B; creators address founders, operators, and growth teams
- Genuine experience running creator, partner, or community programs involving practitioner-creators with their own audiences
- Commerce and growth literacy sufficient to engage with brand or agency operators
- Ability to judge audience authenticity, structure mutually beneficial deals, and brief creators without flattening their voice
- Experience structuring fees, affiliate and referral terms, and co-marketing arrangements
- Organizational ability to manage contracts, deliverables, payment schedules, and a growing roster
- AI-native; comfortable building workflows for analytics, reporting, and drafting
- Comfortable building a new creator channel while operating an established one
- Clear, fluent English communication with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders
- Availability to work non-negotiable hours of 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST
- Familiarity with Notion is a bonus
- Bonus: personally built an audience, marketed SaaS/software to a business audience, worked in agency/ecommerce/performance marketing, or knows creators in commerce, growth, or B2B software
