About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the partnerships, webinars, and events program end-to-end for Darkroom and Shadow
- Own regular webinar and lead-magnet series, including topics, guests, run-of-show, promotion, live sessions, and follow-up
- Produce company events, founder dinners, brand activations, and conference presence
- Manage event production, including run-of-show, venues, AV, vendors, on-site management, and recaps
- Build sponsorship packages, sell them to brands, platforms, and partners, and deliver sponsor commitments
- Run platform partner programs and co-marketing packages with advertising platforms and commerce and marketing tools
- Develop co-branded guides, joint webinars, and shared distribution with martech, AI, and commerce partners
- Find, invite, and prepare guests for webinars, hosted series, and podcasts
- Pitch journalists and outlets on Darkroom and Shadow stories
- Book executives on external podcasts, panels, and stages
- Capture and follow up with every registrant and attendee so programs generate leads
- Track partner commitments through delivery
- Collaborate with a team working in the EST time zone
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years running webinars, events, or marketing partnerships, ideally B2B, with accountability for leads
- Experience building and selling sponsorship packages for events or webinars
- Experience producing events end-to-end, including run-of-show, venues, AV, vendors, on-site management, setup, and follow-up
- Experience pitching press or booking speakers
- Ability to build networks of partners, sponsors, guests, and hosts
- Commercial understanding of partner and sponsor value exchanges
- Clear writing and strong organization across many dates
- Experience working with AI daily
- Martech, SaaS, ecommerce, or agency experience is a plus
- Must have sold a sponsorship
- Must have produced an event end-to-end
- Must work 9 am–5 pm EST; this is non-negotiable
- Clear, fluent English communication with minimal language or accent barriers for high-level conversations
- Must be permanently based in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain
