About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the day-to-day management of industry recognised information security standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and CE
  • Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of information security policies and procedures
  • Lead the process for non-conformance capture as part of continuous improvement
  • Identify information security risks, incidents, and regulatory changes
  • Support the management of security-related incidents involving personnel, assets, or infrastructure
  • Identify, evaluate, treat, and monitor threats to data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
  • Provide security compliance support across the business and engage with department leads and users
  • Provide resiliency and redundancy for the Director, Cybersecurity Compliance, including certification management workflows
  • Support the management and completion of customer security assessments and queries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, information security, risk, or compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with different teams across the business
  • Ability to analyse information, identify issues, and contribute to process improvements
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, or data protection principles would be beneficial but not essential
