About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as day-to-day Project Manager for DASH’s NPD and other new projects from concept through launch
  • Coordinate EPD projects and keep development briefs, timelines and SLT check-ins on track
  • Maintain a single up-to-date view of all product-related projects, including EPD, NPD and innovation
  • Ensure projects use DASH’s project management process with governance matched to project size and risk
  • Own the project framework across concept, business case/feasibility, ready-to-launch, close and review stages
  • Prepare gate packs, coordinate Steering Group and SLT input, and document go/no-go decisions
  • Report on all projects to the SLT
  • Coordinate cross-functional and external input, deadlines, actions and issue resolution
  • Serve as the first point of contact for status, timeline and risk questions on live product projects
  • Build and evolve DASH’s innovation delivery engine and project management framework
  • Capture lessons learned and improve processes
  • Support onboarding of new team members into DASH’s project methodology
  • Support ad hoc cross-functional projects, assigned B Corp questions and other SLT-assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for innovation in food and drink
  • Proven project management experience, ideally within FMCG, food & beverage, or another fast-moving consumer-facing business
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to budget without direct authority
  • Comfortable running structured stage-gate processes for larger, higher-risk projects and lighter-touch processes for smaller projects
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail on plans, risk logs and reporting
  • Commercial numeracy and ability to own or review a project budget/business case with the SLT
  • Clear communication skills and ability to translate cross-functional input into simple plans and status updates
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and hold people to deadlines without damaging relationships
  • Ability to work in product development without necessarily having experience as a product developer
  • Proficiency with Excel, project management software and AI tools
  • Interest in sustainability within FMCG and ability to evaluate environmental impacts in DASH’s supply chain
  • Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or AgilePM is advantageous but not essential
