About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support throughout cash-handling processes, from opening through closing
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, delinquency, cash flow, and the preparation of management reports
Record, verify, and generate daily reports on the company’s cash holdings, checkbooks, and receivables, including receipts and disbursements
Perform treasury-related administrative and financial routines, including accounting entries, bank statement reconciliation, banking relationships, and banking procedures
Conduct daily reviews of bank statements, verifying payments, receipts, balances, fees, and available credit line limits
Record and reconcile bank statements, organize supporting documentation, and forward information to the Accounting department
Calculate and control sales representatives’ commissions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the RM Labore system is preferred
At least 6 months of experience with accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and administrative and financial routines
