About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the business reference point and connect with the company’s strategy, Product and Development teams, and the market.
- Lead the Go-to-Market strategy across the customer base and act as a bridge to key partners.
- Structure and execute the Go-to-Market plan, including customer-base segmentation, value proposition, positioning, pricing, and launch timeline.
- Map and prioritize customers with the greatest adoption potential, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Create enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Support, such as pitches, FAQs, playbooks, demos, and internal training.
- Monitor pilot customers and early adopters, gathering feedback and success stories.
- Define and track launch metrics, including adoption, activation, revenue, churn, NPS, and implementation time.
- Bring the customer and market perspective to Product and Development, translating business needs into problems, requirements, and use cases.
- Participate in backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap planning in line with the strategy.
- Analyze the market and competition and monitor e-commerce and logistics trends.
- Validate deliverables from a business perspective, including functional acceptance testing and acceptance criteria.
- Build business cases to support investment decisions regarding features and integrations.
- Act as the business contact for e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, integrators/OMS/hubs, and carriers.
- Lead negotiations, commercial and partnership agreements, and joint co-marketing, certification, and integration plans.
- Align technical and business priorities with partners in collaboration with the Development team.
- Monitor partnership and SLA performance and manage escalations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Industrial or Computer), Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem, including platforms, marketplaces, integrators/hubs, and OMS.
- Understanding of the end-to-end order journey: catalog, inventory, order, payment, invoicing (NF-e), fulfillment, shipping, tracking, and reverse logistics.
- Knowledge of integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and the ability to read technical documentation—sufficient to communicate with technical teams and partners.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, value propositions, and product launches.
- Understanding of logistics and transportation, including shipping quotes, SLAs, carriers, Correios, and shipping gateways.
