Position Databricks as a strategic AI transformation thought partner to C-suite leaders
Establish trusted-advisor relationships with line-of-business and functional leaders
Connect business outcomes and capabilities to technical use cases and solutions
Operationalize transformation objectives with customer teams, partners, and Databricks
Develop C-suite and senior executive relationships at priority customers, systems integrators, and strategic partners
Execute co-sell motions
Co-create AI Transformation Roadmaps
Translate roadmaps from concept to deployment and value realization with FDE teams and SIs
Develop engagement models, programs, and materials for broader customer enablement
Develop scaled operating models with FDE teams and SIs
Develop Databricks’ C-suite transformation narrative and credibility within target industries or functions
Develop and lead C-suite workshops on AI transformations
Identify, recruit, and engage external C-suite leaders and AI transformation visionaries for an Expert Advisory Council
Lead the Council and use its guidance to inform leading-edge AI transformation capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 15 years of experience in digital/AI transformation in enterprises, as an operator or consultant
Demonstrated success creating, architecting, leading, and scaling large-scale transformation mandates
At least 5 years of experience working directly with enterprise C-suite leaders to lead and execute transformations
Deep practical experience with AI transformation opportunities, challenges, and solutions in at least one of: Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Institutions, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media, or Telecom
Experience developing and implementing operating models to support transformations
Extensive experience working with partners such as SIs to implement transformations
Sufficient technical expertise to inform transformation objectives and timelines and establish credibility with technical leaders and teams
