About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and support monthly profitability and margin reporting at project and portfolio level
  • Analyse project-level financial performance, including margin movements, trends, and key drivers
  • Review project setup in SuiteProjects Pro to support accurate revenue and margin reporting
  • Identify and investigate project setup or data issues affecting reporting quality or commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate with Billing Operations, Finance, and Revenue stakeholders to clarify information and resolve issues
  • Provide insights into revenue and margin performance to support planning and decision-making
  • Contribute to improvements in reporting, data quality, and analytical processes
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
  • Support Revenue and Billing Operations through analysis, reporting, and commercial insight

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CA or CPA qualification (essential)
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Experience ideally within a project-based, services, or revenue-focused environment
  • Solid working understanding of revenue accounting principles and IFRS 15
  • Experience working with ERP and project accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite / SuiteProjects Pro or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and focus on accurate, reliable information
  • Confidence working with non-finance stakeholders and explaining financial outcomes clearly
  • Strong Excel and systems capability
  • Experience in Staff Cost and Payroll Accounting is an advantage
