About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate customer requests and ensure follow-through to completion
  • Monitor shared team inboxes and help prioritise customer enquiries
  • Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Support customer portal administration and account maintenance
  • Assist with reporting, contract renewals, pricing reviews, and other commercial activities
  • Work with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
  • Support compliance, security, and health and safety requirements
  • Build customer relationship management, commercial administration, contract administration, IT infrastructure, data centre operations, stakeholder management, service delivery, operational process, enterprise customer support, and business communication skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen
  • Available to work full-time
  • Able to commence work as soon as possible
  • Studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Previous data centre experience is not required
