About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate and support workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews
- Analyse business processes, document requirements and support solution design activities
- Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, vendors and client stakeholders
- Support implementation of technology and business solutions through coaching, planning, governance, testing and transition activities
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies
- Produce client deliverables, presentations, reports, traceability and project documentation
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
- Contribute to proposal responses and thought leadership initiatives
- Support a positive, collaborative team culture
- Develop consulting, delivery and leadership capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years’ experience in consulting, client engagement/project delivery, and/or business transformation
- 5-10 years’ experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and documenting business processes
- Experience contributing to software implementation, transformation and technology delivery projects
- Experience producing client-facing deliverables and presentations
- Assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
- Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Working knowledge of governance, project and change management frameworks in delivery practice
- Degree qualified in relevant field
- Knowledge of several industries or segments, coupled with strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of broad business issues and financial acumen
- Strong financial management practices and understanding of costs, utilisation and project revenue
- Understanding of forecasting, planning and budgeting procedures and principles
- Working knowledge of information technology systems and business transformation activity
- Knowledge of governance, project delivery and change management principles
- Technical knowledge to make informed decisions about business risks and vulnerabilities
- Naturally curious and enjoy solving complex problems
- Communicate with confidence
- Takes ownership and accountability for outcomes, operating with integrity
- Enjoys working directly with clients and stakeholders
