About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with customers to execute Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Network projects
- Lead project scoping and planning efforts
- Manage project teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project governance and reporting requirements are met
- Handle invoicing and related billing activities
- Mentor and guide project management team members
- Drive Agile ways of working using standardised tool sets
- Take on varied roles within Datacom as required to meet business needs and broaden business understanding
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of project management experience at a senior level
- Proven track record delivering IT infrastructure projects end to end using Agile methodologies
- Experience delivering projects using Waterfall methodologies is a plus
- Experience delivering cybersecurity projects end to end is a plus
- Experience with cybersecurity programs or infrastructure transformation is a plus
- Extensive experience managing technology projects across diverse infrastructures and business applications, particularly in managed services or enterprise customer environments
- Strong financial expertise, including managing project budgets and commercial contracts within projects
- Experience managing project invoicing is a plus
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities, including experience leading project teams
- Experience managing enterprise customers, senior client stakeholders, internal technical delivery teams, and third-party vendors
- Strong project reporting and risk mitigation skills
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and reporting tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Must have or be eligible for security clearances (baseline, NV1 etc.)
