About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure all contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding contracted services
  • Align customer requirements and expectations with Datacom’s service levels
  • Support customers end to end
  • Work with Service Delivery Managers to support Datacom’s larger customer base
  • Manage contracts and commercial matters
  • Support service management and operational delivery
  • Manage virtual teams
  • Handle financial management
  • Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Produce reports
  • Drive continual service improvement and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 1 year of IT experience
  • Preferably experience within an IT managed services environment
  • Passion for customer experience
  • Organized approach
  • Understanding of service delivery and SLA conformance
  • Ideally, a good grasp of service management methodologies including ITIL
  • Sound understanding of technical concepts and frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong customer relationship building and management skills
  • Project management experience or exposure is advantageous
