About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery sessions, presales workshops and customer consultations to understand business processes, pain points and strategic outcomes
Define end-to-end solution architectures across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, including integrations, data, security, reporting and non-functional requirements
Produce solution options, estimates, Statements of Work, proposals, Rough Order of Magnitude documents and high-level designs
Advise customers on fit-to-standard approaches, solution governance, implementation roadmaps and effective use of Microsoft technologies
Lead solutioning and commercial responses for bids, proposals and RFPs involving Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
Partner with functional consultants, technical architects, developers, data specialists and project teams to ensure solutions can be delivered successfully
Support architecture assurance throughout delivery, managing design decisions, risks, dependencies and scope
Contribute to practice capability through mentoring, reusable assets, thought leadership and identifying new customer opportunities
Work with public and private sector organisations across industries to modernise, optimise and transform finance and supply chain operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions in complex enterprise environments
Strong functional and solution architecture knowledge across core finance and supply chain capabilities, including financial management, procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, asset management or project operations
Proven experience leading discovery, fit-to-standard and solution design workshops with business and technology stakeholders
Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration services, reporting, security and data migration considerations
Experience producing estimates, ROMs, Statements of Work, proposals, architecture artefacts and high-level solution designs for mid-sized and enterprise customers
Commercial acumen and experience shaping, scoping and pricing implementation, enhancement and advisory engagements
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Power Platform or Azure are nice to have
Experience with Microsoft’s Success by Design framework and architecture review practices is nice to have
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 implementation methodologies, application lifecycle management and the One Version release model is nice to have
Experience working within complex commercial arrangements, enterprise transformation programmes or multi-disciplinary bid teams is nice to have
Familiarity with related Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Commerce, Human Resources or Business Central, is nice to have
