About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design processes and develop customized solutions in close collaboration with customers
- Advise customers and support them in using ELO ECM
- Conduct training sessions and user onboarding
- Install and implement ELO and add-ons
- Plan and organize projects to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects
- Travel to customer sites to provide optimal solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience with ELO ECM
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, along with the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility
- Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach
- Good command of German
- Basic command of English
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
