Key responsibilities & impact

Designing processes and developing customized solutions in close collaboration with our customers
Advising customers and supporting them in using their ELO ECM systems
Conducting training sessions and user onboarding
Installing and implementing ELO and add-ons
Planning and organizing projects to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects
Traveling to customer sites to provide optimal solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience with ELO ECM
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, along with the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility
Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor
Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
Good German and basic English skills
Willingness to travel
