About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Professionally receive incoming software and hardware incidents in an enterprise customer environment
  • Process incidents in the ticketing system, including prioritization, classification, and documentation
  • Perform error analysis and initiate appropriate measures
  • Provide first-line assistance and offer solutions via remote support
  • Escalate incidents to second-level or other downstream support teams where necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Affinity for IT and enjoyment of working as part of a team
  • Very good written and spoken German (minimum C1 level)
  • Good English skills are an advantage
  • Confident working with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Completed vocational training in IT or professional experience in IT support (preferred)
