About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- On-site service delivery and support within order and incident management for the digital workplace
- Meeting room support and troubleshooting IT equipment in conference rooms
- Delivery, installation, repair, setup, and upgrading of PC systems
- Processing incident reports using a ticketing system
- Configuring PC systems with customer-specific images
- Configuration and support of special devices
- On-site printer support, including replacement, network connectivity, and troubleshooting
- Replacement, installation, and documentation of network components
- Patching and troubleshooting telecommunications lines
- Setting up, dismantling, and reconfiguring PC workstations
- Supporting workplace service projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
- Career changers and entry-level candidates with initial practical technical experience are also welcome
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 2010 or later
- Good experience with standard hardware for PC/notebook workstations, particularly HP and Lenovo systems, as well as printers
- Knowledge of telecommunications end devices, including iPhones, iPads, smartphones, and VoIP equipment
- Knowledge of network technologies, remote/VPN access, print servers, and ITIL is desirable
- Advanced German language skills and good spoken and written English and/or another foreign language
