About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise SAP customers on optimizing their finance processes
- Develop tailored solutions for each customer’s individual path to S/4HANA
- Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of S/4HANA transformation projects
- Translate business requirements into SAP system solutions, from conceptual design through implementation, including customization
- Independently conduct and lead consulting projects in the FI/CO environment
- Ensure project objectives, quality standards, and customer needs are met
- Provide subject-matter support and coaching to team members, project staff, and Junior SAP Consultants
- Promote professional development and collaboration within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent knowledge of finance business processes
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance
- Several years of experience in process and implementation consulting for SAP finance solutions
- Experience with medium-sized to large SAP projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Interest in Landscape Transformation Services or Cloud ALM
- Good understanding of adjacent logistics processes, including sales, procurement, production, inventory management, and Project System
- Willingness to take responsibility and manage projects independently
- Ability to share subject-matter expertise and support others in their professional development
- Structured approach to work and a strong team orientation
- Strong customer focus
- Very good written and spoken German at C1 level
- Good command of English
