About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare requirements analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premises solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Support customers with the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions
- Independently manage and support customers in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment
- Provide consulting, customization, and configuration services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or human resources
- Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or one or more SuccessFactors modules
- ABAP skills are a plus
- Persuasive presence, structured approach, and confident communication skills
- High level of responsibility, business acumen, and initiative
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Willingness to travel is required
