About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand customers' individual requirements and develop tailor-made concepts
- Manage the entire technical implementation of customer solutions
- Develop clever, stable, and sustainable technical solutions
- Independently implement solutions and ensure smooth operation
- Build and operate highly available Citrix virtualization environments
- Optimize infrastructure and services for quality and performance
- Resolve technical challenges independently or collaboratively
- Create clear instructions and documentation for customers and internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training or a degree in an IT-related field
- Several years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC, and FSLogix
- Experience with Active Directory, group policies, networks, and virtualization
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as part of a team
- Business English skills, both written and spoken
- German language skills highly advantageous and desirable
