About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and develop customer relationships across the full lifecycle of the InfoSec-SaaS product
- Act as a trusted advisor on information security
- Advise customers on complex security challenges
- Build pragmatic, scalable ISMS solutions using the platform
- Guide customers independently through audits and certifications such as ISO 27001 and TISAX®
- Use AI to automate repetitive consulting work and accelerate analysis and preparation
- Experiment with AI-powered ways of working and develop scalable best practices
- Support Sales and Customer Success in identifying and developing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Bring customer and technical insights back into the organisation
- Help improve the InfoSec product, tooling, and consulting approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of professional experience in information security, IT security, GRC, compliance, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX®, or NIST
- Ability to apply information security framework knowledge in a customer context
- Technical curiosity and genuine interest in AI and automation
- Existing use of AI tools at work or willingness to experiment and learn quickly
- Ability to work directly with customers and challenge their thinking when needed
- Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Excellent German and English communication skills
