About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide executive-level support to Go-to-Market and Professional Services teams
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders by anticipating needs and resolving challenges
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
  • Act as a liaison and gatekeeper for internal and external communications
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other meeting materials
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate and track signatures and documents, including shipping documents to recipients
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and track initiatives, deliverables, and executive commitments
  • Prioritize requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimize executive calendars
  • Plan and execute executive meetings, leadership offsites, team events, and strategic internal programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in tech or a fast-paced corporate environment, or relevant applicable experience managing programs, projects or calendars for leaders
  • Experience supporting Go-to-Market functions preferred
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones preferred
  • Experience planning and executing Sales Kick-off and President’s Club events strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, resourcefulness, and ability to anticipate executive needs
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and expense management platforms
