About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product strategy and direction for identity and access across the DataSnipper platform
- Own customer sign-in, user provisioning and management, and access granting, review, and removal
- Shape a shared access model for product teams across the company
- Provide enterprise controls for permissions, user grouping, and identity-provider provisioning
- Simplify administration for customer IT and security teams
- Define access policies for automation and AI, including permissions, delegation, and auditability
- Promote least-privilege access while balancing security, usability, and customer needs
- Run a platform roadmap used by dependent product and engineering teams
- Gather needs, agree ownership and sequencing, and make dependencies visible
- Represent product in enterprise security reviews
- Translate security, privacy, and compliance requirements into product decisions
- Lead engineering, design, security, customer success, and sales toward measurable results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including platform or infrastructure products that other teams build on
- Experience with identity and access in enterprise products, including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and role-based or fine-grained permissions
- Strong technical depth in authentication and authorization design
- Ability to write specifications engineers can review for feasibility
- Experience with enterprise customers, security reviews, IT administrators, and procurement requirements
- Familiarity with GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP
- Experience running a platform roadmap with several dependent teams
- Ability to align product, engineering, design, and go-to-market without formal authority
- Clear written communication and ability to explain trade-offs
- Hands-on use of AI tools
- Experience with identity platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or WorkOS is strongly preferred
- Experience in regulated industries is strongly preferred
- Software engineering background is strongly preferred
- Experience defining access for AI or automated systems is strongly preferred
