About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead DataSpring’s Clinician Engagement function
  • Increase trust and positive perception among clinicians and provider organizations
  • Improve the quality of clinician-provided data and grow active, attested clinician volume
  • Build and steward clinician and provider staff advisory forums
  • Develop partnerships with professional associations, specialty societies, medical associations, health systems, and large group practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Insights, Government & Public Affairs, Data Quality, and Convening teams
  • Recruit council members and support advisory council agendas and meetings
  • Develop webinars, podcasts, conference presentations, partner-facing materials, and potentially continuing education content
  • Serve as relationship owner for provider organization partners and represent DataSpring with clinical leadership
  • Develop co-branded and partner-led campaigns and manage partnership agreements
  • Advise research design and interpretation; recruit participants and review findings
  • Synthesize clinician and provider staff feedback into internal briefs and recommendations
  • Contribute to external thought leadership and represent DataSpring at clinical, association, and industry forums
  • Define success metrics, track clinician engagement outcomes, and report progress to executive leadership
  • Report to the Chief Medical Officer; travel up to 20% for meetings and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in provider relations, clinician engagement, healthcare operations, medical affairs, professional association management, credentialing, or a related healthcare field, with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience in provider-facing, clinician engagement, medical affairs, association relations, provider network, or healthcare stakeholder management roles
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior clinical stakeholders, provider organizations, and healthcare industry leaders
  • Experience leading advisory boards, councils, committees, user groups, or similar stakeholder engagement programs
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, a clinical discipline, or a related field required
  • Strong relationship-building skills with provider organizations, specialty societies, and medical associations
  • Fluency in clinician and provider staff experience, including credentialing, attestation, provider directory data, and administrative workflow
  • Ability to translate qualitative stakeholder input into prioritized recommendations
  • Executive presence and credibility with clinical leadership and internal executive audiences
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize complex discussions into briefs, PowerPoint presentations, and recommendations
  • Ability to develop and deliver webinars, presentations, and continuing education materials
  • Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal communication, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Physicians and other licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply; non-clinical candidates with significant relevant experience will also be considered
