About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead DataSpring's growth marketing function and translate company objectives into segment-based strategies and measurable business outcomes
  • Set priorities, operating model, annual planning inputs, budget recommendations, performance expectations, and team accountability across payer and provider markets
  • Own provider segment strategy, including provider buyers, clinicians, and profile manager audiences
  • Oversee growth marketing execution across payer and provider segments
  • Drive demand creation, pipeline contribution, customer expansion, event performance, marketing ROI, and continuous program optimization
  • Develop annual growth marketing plans, campaign strategies, event strategies, budget recommendations, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead the transition from a product-organized model to a segment-organized model
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations & Analytics, and Product Management
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary growth marketing team
  • Own provider campaign design, content direction, event strategy, and provider marketing budget
  • Establish event strategy and governance across payer and provider segments
  • Define and manage KPIs including awareness, engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI, event performance, conversion rates, and customer expansion
  • Establish dashboards, attribution models, and reporting infrastructure with Revenue Operations
  • Optimize audience strategy, campaign design, channel mix, content performance, event investments, and budget allocation
  • Represent growth marketing and the provider segment in conference and industry event planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, segment marketing, or related disciplines
  • Experience developing and leading integrated growth marketing strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives across campaign strategy, content, events, digital marketing, performance marketing, ABM, and customer marketing
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience establishing marketing goals, KPIs, budgets, measurement frameworks, and operating processes
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership, sales, product marketing, account management, and other stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot, DemandBase, and MS Office/PowerPoint
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, demand-generation tooling, performance marketing, reporting, and optimization
  • Experience with account-based marketing and strategic account planning
  • Strong analytical capabilities and end-to-end conversion metrics expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated budget and ROI management experience
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and budgets
  • Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Healthcare, healthcare technology, payer, provider, or regulated industry marketing experience preferred
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
