About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate pro bono and corporate social responsibility programming, including CLEs, event invitations, and event logistics
Maintain the department’s Teams site with surveys, awards, monthly data reports, photos, educational programming, and other key information
Track pro bono participation and progress toward hours goals
Maintain accurate records and prepare accessible reports for stakeholders and senior leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for data requests from nonprofits
Assist with distribution of swag and thank-you notes
Support sustainability reporting by organizing materials, tracking deadlines, and coordinating inputs from operational departments
Maintain sustainability reporting files and prior responses for client requests, RFPs, surveys, and external reporting
Support nonprofit sponsorship administration, including marketing and RSVP deadlines, advertising, and event attendance
Maintain records for charitable giving requests, sponsorship details, approvals, and related information
Monitor relevant best practices and industry trends
Conduct research to inform recommendations to firm leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated knowledge of pro bono, charitable giving, and sustainability practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and Copilot
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and track deadlines
Ability to support event, meeting, training, and program logistics
Ability to build and maintain reporting systems, data collection tools, records, and shared files
Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate complex data clearly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Ability to identify process gaps and support improvements in consistency, efficiency, automation, and accuracy
