Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor strategic projects, ensuring visibility into objectives, deliverables, risks, and results.
Structure and develop OKRs, connecting strategic objectives to measurable key results.
Define and monitor KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with OKRs and expected outcomes.
Conduct critical analyses of indicators, identifying deviations, root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
Monitor action plans, risks, and project results.
Work closely with stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring alignment and structured communication.
Propose improvements and solutions autonomously and proactively, contributing to the evolution of projects and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Hands-on experience structuring, implementing, monitoring, and analyzing OKRs.
Experience defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs, indicators, and performance metrics.
Ability to connect strategic objectives to measurable indicators and outcomes, identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Experience preparing and monitoring action plans based on the analysis of indicators and results.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze, consolidate, and process data.
Knowledge of Power BI for building and monitoring dashboards and indicators.
Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure, and/or ServiceNow.
Knowledge of agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
