About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure and lead organizational change management programs
- Coordinate programs or projects using best practices
- Develop the program budget and manage costs
- Create and monitor the delivery schedule and roadmap
- Organize project documentation and artifacts
- Manage conflicts and resolve challenges in cross-functional projects
- Prepare executive presentations
- Actively manage stakeholders across multiple business areas, including executive and operational stakeholders
- Practice servant leadership, mentoring, and coaching
- Understand and track management indicators (KPIs) and key objectives (OKRs)
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of experience executing and monitoring strategic projects
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions projects involving organizational change management
- Experience working in cross-functional, interdepartmental teams
- Previous experience working in corporate project management offices (PMOs)
- Experience with predictive approaches (WBS, Microsoft Project, status reports, etc.)
- Experience with agile approaches (ceremonies, artifacts, reports, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach responsibilities)
- Experience with hybrid approaches combining predictive and agile methodologies
- Ability to manage the expectations and readiness of the client's various business areas
- Results-oriented, with a focus on organized execution and high-quality deliverables
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project
- Advanced proficiency in Jira
- Advanced English proficiency
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- PMI-PMP certification (preferred)
- HUCMI/HCMBOK, Prosci/ADKAR, or similar certification (preferred)
- PMI-ACP, PMI-DADSM, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification (preferred)
